I do not like. I like a bit darker than White and Cobalt blue. And the fact the Topic Titles are in white is really annoying.

It's very bubbly. I think it needs to be less bubbly. It would be cool if the blue were a bit darker. But it's too bubbly. Did I say it was bubbly? Cause it's bubbly.
