Emerald tried to get himself to calm down.

"You know what? Just.... forget it.

Just come back, please. Sooner rather than later."

"Done," Nefnee got up.

"I...took the illegal route..." Lari said in a very small voice. "And I'm not coming back!" she declared defiantly. Then she glanced at Castle Dracula. "There's someone I must talk to first..."

"Lari. I....

We....

Fine.

But when you get back here, you're going to have a lot of explaining to do, Larissa Genevieve Hale!"

"Don't use my full name, I am Lari," Lari hissed. "And who says I'm coming back? Maybe I won't!"

"Pssssst!" Nefnee violently tapped Emerald's shoulder.

"Just.... wait a minute, Larissa.

I have to talk with someone."

Emerald put his phone on mute and turned to Nef.

"Yes?"

"Talking to Lari? Tell her I said hi. Now... GET OFF THE DAMN PHONE!"

"Well, you were doing a Marcel Marceau impersonation over there, and she called me.

I had no choice but to answer."

<em>AzurEmerald</em>- Record is ripped.

"Well I need you now, so HIIIIII finish up."

"Sigh."

Emerald took the phone off Mute and spoke to Lari.

"Lari, we'll talk about this later. Nef's calling me away.

See ya."

He and Lari exchanged their goodbyes and he hung up. He then turned to Nef and said,

"Here I am.

What do you need, Mme Fuzzy Britches?"

Lari hung up her cell phone, then turned around to face Castle Dracula. Squaring her shoulders, she got out of the car and began to walk towards it, almost as if in a trance. "Annoying Dracula...this shall be fun..." she grinned.

"Ha ha I have a job for you. Ha! Here climb up here, ha ha." Nefnee motioned Emerald to the top of the highest mound.

"Sure....."

I don't trust her....

Emerald grabbed Nef's hand firmly and started to go up the snow mound. They reached the top and he still didn't relax his grip.

"Well, we're here. What did you want?"

"AHA!" Nefnee dropped Emerald onto the trashcan lid so he began to slide down the mound. "Don't let go! Have fun!"

"I'm going to kill you later!" Emerald screamed as he slid down the mountain.

When he got back up, he crouched down and picked up a giant pack of snow. He climbed the mountain again, hiding the pile from Nef.

"Did you have fun?" She asked, grinning widely.

"Of course, Neffie." Emerald took her into a warm embrace. While they were hugging, he took the opportunity to shove the pile of snow down the back of her shirt.

He distanced himself quick and watched her fidget.

"Ha you fail," Nefnee shook off the snow and grabbed the lid. "Ill show you how its done!"

Lari turned slightly to face Jasper. "Are you coming, love? You know I have a tendency to annoy the wrong people..." she said as she took his hand in hers.

Nefnee stood on the trash can lid and squatted down, picking up speed going down the snow hill. At the next snow hill, she leaned left and caught a bit of air, still picking up speed and going her own way.

Emerald met her at the bottom of the slope.

"Wonderful. You played around with the mountain.

What do you want to do now? I recommend something with eyepatches."

Lari skipped happily as she approached Dracula's castle. She stopped at the front door and knocked. The ancient butler let her in. "Hey, do you know where Count Dracula is?" she asked him.
