Lari VS Emerald- The Epic Trial

Brief Synopsis: Lari is suing Emerald for general misconduct.

Name: Lari Norris
Age: 15
Personality: Outgoing, friendly, but passive. Is suing to overcome passiveness.

Lari sat in the office of her lawyers, trying not to fall asleep as they droned on and on about her options. Maybe this was a stupid idea after all... she thought sleepily to herself, then snapped out of it. No! He's a chauvinist pig! she reminded herself sternly. Now pay attention! she tried focusing on her lawyers again.

I was lying down in bed, talking to my girlfriend.

"No, don't worry. She'll call it off soon. Love ya. Bye."

I hung up the phone and turned up the Wii. I put on Brawl and started playing.

"DUDE! Who's your lawyer again? I think it should be Charli or Zerb. Or both. Who? Dude I'm bored."
She then jumped up and left the room.
"Text me when you need me."

Just as she sent it, she got a text from Nefnee.

By then she had arrived at a Subway shop and sat down, kicking her feet up and looking over at the teens at the next table.

Name: Zerb
Age: 16
Personality: persistant, hard headed, persuasive, and cunning.

Zerb walked into the subway, not seeing Nefnee, and got in line.
"Zerb!!!" Nefnee glomped him, then backed away. "I shouldn't hug the enemy."
"What?" Zerb asked, looking out if it.

"wait? Why am I the enemy? Are you with Emeral or Lari in this trial? I haven't been in the office to get the details of this trail yet." Zerb said ordering lunch and sitting down to eat his foot long.

"I think you have emerald, and of course I'm on lari's side." Nefnee stated as she sat across from him. "I wanna be judge but I doubt you guys'll let me," she said as she stole a sip of his drink.

I took out my phone and started texting Nef

Hey-la.

Can we talk?

"Yeah I have no idea" Zerb said taking a bit of his sandwich and then chewed and swallowed. "I honestly don't know who is for who, like I said I haven't been into the office, i'm on my lunch break."

Nefnee began to text as Zerb dug into his sub.

Nefnee ran into the glass door and it wouldn't open. "GAH! Its locked!"
Before Zerb could answer, she kicked the edge of the door that was not glass. It slowly opened.
"Um... I had a key."
"Oh. Too late."
"Its okay," Zerb sighed. "Theres Emerald." He pointed back to the parking lot, where emerald walked toward them.

Emerald walked over to the Zerb and the crazy girl with the iron boots.

"Why did you do that? Didn't you guys have a key?"

"Ok, ok. I get it. My bad." Nefnee turned and walked into the building. "Are the others here?"

Lari sighed as her lawyers continued their droning, then eloquently stated, "Hey, d'you mind? I don't care about my 'options,' I just wanna nail him for harassment." With this statement, she buried her face in her hands and began to reflect on her day thus far...
It was that morning, and she was talking with Emerald, but no matter what, every topic went...awkward. Almost like he was hitting on her, but not...and she turned to a lawsuit for revenge...which wasn't working out as nicely as she had hoped...
At her negativity towards herself, Lari began sobbing, knowing that she had brought this on herself, and that there was no going back...
"Um, Ms. Norris, are you alright?" one of the lawyers looked genuinely concerned.
"Yes, yes, I'm fine, just give me a moment, please," she said as she tried getting back to normal. After a few seconds, she was her bubbly self once more. "Yes, let's decide on a date," she suggested happily to the puzzlement of both her lawyers. "Is next Wednesday any good?"
